Tips from  my travels

There is much to learn! .

I am one that want to bring everything I need in my suitcase, the problem is that I end up paying for my over weight and always I need to buy something else in whatever place I go, finding myself with less money to buy whatever is needed. besides to pick up a heavy lugage from that merry go around at the airports is hurtful, I have few vertebrate gone due to a car accident, so to pick up a heavy lugage is always painful as no one helps.

Now days most of the European countries have in their stores and pharmacies most of the articles you may need. so are the Caribbean, Central and South America countries

So I have learn to travel very light and also adjust to the costumes and culture of the country.

While abroad try no to buy and carry on too many souveniers, there are many stores that will ship the merchandise to your address and if you do be inform how many bottles of vodka or wine are allow by law to bring inside USA etc.

I do advice to buy a language translator, and keep it with you all the time, also a cell to call emergency ir needed. If planning to stay more than a month in a said country, please register with the USA ambassy and always be aware of your passport whereabouts, leave a copy at home in case your loose it , you will know the details to claim it in the country you are at..
